Copyright Infringement Notification: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on Shopa Market, please send a notification to us. The notification should include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Shopa Market to locate the material
  4. Contact information of the copyright owner, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that the copyright owner has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  3. Provide the user who posted the allegedly infringing material with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification
  4. If a counter-notification is submitted, provide the copyright owner with a copy of the counter-notification and notify them that the material will be restored in 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

Repeat Infringers: Shopa Market reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer.
